A few days ago, I took part in a cozy pop-up show right in Chelsea, NY. The event was organized by an amazing group of young creatives, and the space was filled with fresh energy, laughter, and so many passionate artists sharing their work.
I spent around three hours painting live, surrounded by curious visitors who stopped to chat, ask questions, and share their thoughts. Painting in front of people always feels different—it turns into a conversation rather than something done alone in the studio. By the end of the night, I had finished a new piece that felt like it belonged to everyone who was there.
I loved being part of such a supportive and inspiring local art community.
