Shipping policy

- Original Artwork

Original artworks are carefully packaged and shipped directly from the artist’s studio.

Processing time:

Original artworks are processed within 5 to10 business days unless otherwise stated.

Once shipped, tracking information will be provided. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.

- Duties and Taxes 

Buyers are responsible for any VAT, import fees, customs duties, or other taxes imposed by their local government.

These charges are not included in the checkout total and are determined by the destination country’s customs authority.

- Prints & Merchandise 

Prints and merchandise are produced and fulfilled by a trusted third-party printing and

fulfillment partner.

Processing and shipping times for prints may vary depending on product type and destination.

These orders are shipped directly from the fulfillment provider, and tracking information will be provided once available.

Because these items are made to order, processing times may differ from those of original artwork.

- Shipping Rates & Carriers 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, item type, and carrier rates.

Orders are shipped using reliable carriers selected by either the artist or the fulfillment partner.

- Domestic Shipping (U.S.) 

Domestic delivery times vary depending on the item and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times do not include processing time.

- International Shipping

International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.

Buyers are responsible for any VAT, import fees, customs duties, or local taxes imposed by

their country. These charges are not included in the checkout total.

- Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages 

Once an order has been shipped, Angie Mellado Art is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact hello@angiemellado.com and we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier or fulfillment provider.

- Damaged Items 

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

- Shipping Address Accuracy 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Angie Mellado Art is not

responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
